Getting Started

Here's the 101 before taking the plunge.

Typically, designers and developers are sought on a per-project basis with different key people working on a different timeline. This all further depends on a per-needed budget- all without a continuity of expertise and rapport of trust. Further, a full-time design agency also offers retainer agreements with specific hours on a monthly basis depending on their packages you choose.

Either case, I do not recommend that. I work on a set of deliverables basing on how many projects we can accomplish each month to reach your goals. We will agree to focus on what has to be done rather than how much each project cost nor how many hours are  allocated. Most importantly, you only need to talk to one person who will take care of your visual requirements, making a consistent voice to your business’ marketing tools.

General Process

1. Discuss what you need

Make as many requests as you need. I’ll work through them and prioritize the pipeline with you.

2. Give feedback, get revisions

I’ll need clear feedback so we can promptly work on the revisions. The more I understand you and your business, we will be able to minimize future revisions.

3. Approve and download

Once you’re happy with the outcome, I’ll submit the downloadable file.

The Active Project

Your retainer package comes with two active projects per week and we’ll deliver that pace through and through. The active projects are exclusive to your graphic design requirements and will not affect other deliverables on web development and social media creatives.

Whenever an idea or requirement comes through, you can place or relay as many tasks in our pipeline and we’ll work through it. By default, the pipeline will be queued in the order it was submitted or discussed. If you need to change the order or prioritize something else, just let me know.

Simpler designs will take sooner to be accomplished. However, if you have more complex design request, it will usually takes beyond normal schedule. Either I’ll estimate how much longer it will take or submit continuous draft updates to let you know how far we have achieved.

Please keep in mind that as human, creativity is not generated within a mouse click. Ultimately, our goal is to focus and provide high quality output rather than pumping out pre-made low quality templates.

Operating Hours

My actual work schedule is at night time, Philippine Timezone GMT+8. You can contact me anytime and I will do my best to answer even outside working hours.

I don’t work on weekends as I go out to see the world, attending seminars to learn new things, practicing new technologies, getting inspired or collecting fragments of creativity.

Billing, Payments, Abeyance and Termination

An automated billing will be generated and sent out every 23rd of the month with invoice due on 1st day of succeeding month.

Primary accepted payment methods are Bank Transfer, Wise and PayPal. Other payment methods may also be discussed, whichever is convenient for both Parties.

Service activities will be suspended for overdue of seven (7) calendar days.

Who owns the rights to the designs

All designs are made for you and you have 100% ownership of all the files created.

If we use stock photos, you have extended license to that photo as part of our subscription. However, materials you provide are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

Files are stored and secured to premium cloud subscriptions at Microsoft and Google One. Once the subscription has ended, the designer will remove working files and only retain final project renders. Partners will still have access to their high-resolution materials for two months.
